You have to proof of purchase of order number, delivery status and bank statement.

We offer a 30 days items return from the purchase date for FREE.

If the items have been used, tampered or damaged by the customers, there will not be any refund. Love Yourself will not take any responsibility if your shipment of goods are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods, customers will received their refund with 5 to 7 working days.
